Hello everyone! 🙂
This year is the 50th anniversary of ‘Star Trek’! 50th! I can’t believe that it’s 50 years ago since ‘Star Trek’ was made. No wonder ‘Star Trek Beyond’ was good! I discovered it was the 50th anniversary of ‘Star Trek’ whilst chatting to Sarah Sutton (Nyssa in ‘Doctor Who’) at the ‘Worcester Comic Con’ in August 2016.
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of ‘Star Trek’ in my own way, I’ve decided to re-watch the first ten ‘Star Trek’ movies from ‘Star Trek: The Motion Picture’ to ‘Star Trek: Nemesis’. This is an exciting thing for me to do, and I’m so looking forward to revisiting some of my favourite ‘Star Trek’ movies!
Today, I’ve posted my first ‘Star Trek’ movie review on ‘Star Trek: The Motion Picture’, the first film to star ‘The Original Series’ cast with William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy and DeForest Kelley. This isn’t the best film to start the ‘Star Trek’ film series, but things would get better later with future movies.
Please check out my review on ‘Star Trek: The Motion Picture’ by clicking on the above link. Please feel free to read and comment on my review.
I’m looking forward to seeing and reviewing the next ‘Star Trek’ film in the series, ‘Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan’. Please stay tuned for an upcoming announcement on my review on this second film.
In the meantime…Enjoy!
Bye for now!
