Week 57 – ‘The Nyssa Challenge’

Today we begin a new chapter on ‘The Nyssa Challenge’ this week!

50 years have passed for Nyssa, as she reunites with the Fifth Doctor, Tegan and Turlough on Helheim. In their first adventure as a team, they face the Cractids in ‘Cobwebs’. 🙂

Theatre Review – ‘Pride and Prejudice’

Last Tuesday, I saw the stage production of ‘Pride and Prejudice’ at the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff. I had a great time seeing this theatre production of the well-known novel by literary author Jane Austen. Having seen and heard the story plenty of times, I was able to get into this pretty well.

I’ve at last reviewed all the episodes in Season 2 of ‘Star Trek: The Original Series’! This series of ‘Star Trek’ features the original cast of Captain Kirk, Mr. Spock, Dr. ‘Bones’ McCoy, Scotty, etc., as they voyage on the starship Enterprise.

Movie Review – ‘Casablanca’

Last Tuesday on St. Valentine’s Day, my parents and I went to see a re-release of the 1942 film ‘Casablanca’, starring Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Berman. This was at the Showcase Cinemas in Nantgarw and we had a great night-out, enjoying this classic black-and-white film on the big screen!
