Basement News – January 2018

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

This is a late post, I know. I’ve been sorting things out with the New Year. But thankfully I can give you a little preview of what’s to come on ‘Bradley’s Basement’ for 2018. If this your first time back or if this is the first time you’ve visited my blog, then you’re most welcome. I hope you’ll enjoy my blog.

Let’s look and see what’s to come for ‘Bradley’s Basement’ in January 2017 and beyond!

I’ve completed ‘The Nyssa Challenge’ for 2017 and have add my reviews on the latest audio stories including ‘Cold Fusion’, ‘The Ingenious Gentleman Adric of Alzarius’, ‘Four To Doomsday’, ‘The Star Men’, ‘The Contingency Club’, ‘Zaltys’, ‘Spare Parts’, ‘Alien Heart’, ‘Dalek Soul’ and ‘A Heart on Both Sides’. There’ll be more reviews by me on new Nyssa stories later in the year. Stay tuned for those!

There will be some new ‘Doctor Who Timelines’ added to my blog later in the year. Stay tuned for announcements on those. In the meantime, I hope to add some new ‘Doctor Who Reviews’ including the rest of ‘The 10 Christmas Specials’ that I’ve been revisiting on Blu-ray as well as stories like ‘Smith and Jones’ and ‘The Shakespeare Code’ with David Tennant and ‘Dragonfire’, ‘Remembrance of the Daleks’ and ‘The Happiness Patrol’ with Sylvester McCoy.

For ‘The Fifth Doctor by Tim Bradley’ series, I’ve started adding my latest fan-fiction ‘Doctor Who’ story, ‘Dawn of the Dwaxi’ with the Fifth Doctor, Nyssa and Billy. This is a six-part adventure and will be released with one episode per week; since it will take me a while to put up on my blog I’m afraid.

I’m looking forward to seeing the movie ‘The Greatest Showman’ with Hugh Jackman at the cinema with my parents. I hope to share my thoughts on that movie soon. I also hope to add my reviews on ‘The Dark Knight Trilogy’ with Batman and on the first two phases of the ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe’. These reviews will be spread through the year as I watch and review each movie in turn.

I have a convention to look forward to in March as I’ll be seeing Peter Davison and Sarah Sutton at the ‘Carlisle Comic Con’. Yes, I’m big fans of theirs and yes, I’ve seen them more than once! 😀 Will I be attending a convention in May at around my birthday this year? Well, I’ll have to wait and see. 😀

That’s all I’ve got to say for news in January 2017. I’m sure there’ll be more to look forward to my blog. I’ll probably reveal them in the next ‘Basement News’ blog post for February. In the meantime, enjoy what’s on my blog already as well as what will be coming later on this month for January 2018.

Bye for now!

Tim. 🙂
