DVD review – ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Who has never heard of ‘The Lord of the Rings’?!

Well, have no fear! You can find out by checking out my DVD review for the first film from ‘The Lord of the Rings’ trilogy by director Peter Jackson. This is an epic trilogy you don’t want to miss out on. ‘The Lord of the Rings’ is one of my favourite movie trilogies and I’ve been revisiting this on Blu-ray.

I’ve revisited and updated my DVD review for ‘The Fellowship of the Ring’, the first film of ‘The Lord of the Rings’ trilogy. This has new photos and extended paragraphs. I’m looking forward to revisiting ‘The Two Towers’ next on its Blu-ray edition. I am also revisiting ‘The Lord of the Rings’ radio series.

Please feel free to check out, read and comment on my review for ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring’ here.

And in case you’re curious, the extended version of the film is divided into two parts for the Blu-ray like it was for the DVD. Why couldn’t they have put it together as one film like they did with ‘The Hobbit’ movies? Could it have something to do with those four audio commentaries for ‘Fellowship’?

By the way, I’m so looking forward to seeing ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring’ re-release at the cinema in April.

Bye for now!

Tim. 🙂
