Hello everyone! 🙂
Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!
I’ve been looking forward to this very much as we’re now on my favourite story from Season 19 as well as from the Peter Davison era of ‘Doctor Who’! Today, it’s time for the Charleston; cricket; fancy dress and murder during the 1920s in the fifth story of the season, ‘Black Orchid’, with the Fifth Doctor, Nyssa, Tegan and Adric.
My new updated Blu-ray review on ‘Black Orchid’ contains some new info about the story and some new photos on it. I’ve greatly enjoyed the brand-new making of documentary ‘Double Trouble’ and the ‘Behind The Sofa’ feature on ‘Black Orchid’. I wish I was with Peter Davison, Sarah Sutton, Janet Fielding and Matthew Waterhouse watching this story. 😀
Please feel free to check out; read and comment on my updated review for ‘Black Orchid’ by clicking on the link for it. This contains a review on both the TV story as well as the novelization/audiobook, ‘Doctor Who – Black Orchid’ by Terence Dudley, read by Michael Cochrane.
You can purchase ‘Doctor Who – The Collection – Season 19’ on Blu-ray either from Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.com.
Enjoy!
Bye for now!
Tim. 🙂
