This week, I saw the ‘Downton Abbey’ movie at the cinema! I really enjoyed it! And this is coming from someone who’s only just got into the TV series recently. Thankfully Hugh Bonneville said you don’t need to watch the TV series, since you can go into the film without getting confused. He was right! 🙂

Rona Munro, who wrote the last story of the classic series called ‘Survival’ with Sylvester McCoy and Sophie Aldred, returns to write ‘The Eaters of Light’ with Peter Capaldi, Pearl Mackie and Matt Lucas. Is this as good as ‘Survival’ though?

This ‘Doctor Who’ episode features the return of the Ice Warriors with Peter Capaldi’s Doctor. This is one of my favourite episodes from Series 10. The episode is by Mark Gatiss. It’s interesting how it features the Ice Empress and provides quite an intriguing back-story to the Ice Warriors as Martians.

To commemorate my late sister Bethan’s birthday this year, I’ve reviewed another one of her favourite Disney films – the 1942 film ‘Bambi’. This is a Disney film I loved watching as a kid. It’s a timeless classic and features beautiful imagery and music, set in a forest with forest animals including Bambi and his friends.
