‘Dad’s Army’ Radio Series – Series 3 REVIEWED

The 2019 remake of the three lost ‘Dad’s Army’ episodes from Series 2 were broadcast in August this year. I was pretty excited by this! Sadly I haven’t seen the remade lost episodes of ‘Dad’s Army’ since I don’t have the GOLD channel on my TV. Hopefully, the 2019 remake of the lost ‘Dad’s Army’ episodes will be on DVD soon. In the meantime, I’ve recently completed my reviews on Series 3 of the ‘Dad’s Army’ radio series.

There’s also my review on the first pilot episode for ‘It Sticks Out Half a Mile’, the sequel series to ‘Dad’s Army’, starring Arthur Lowe and John Le Mesurier. This was recorded after Arthur Lowe’s death in 1982. I hope I’ll get to revisit the ‘It Sticks Out Half a Mile’ radio series at a later point in the future.

I’m currently updating the rest of my ‘Dad’s Army’ TV reviews and will probably update a few radio episode reviews in the process. Hopefully it won’t be long before I get to see the 2019 remake versions of the lost ‘Dad’s Army’ episodes from Series 2.
