Audio Review – ‘The Second Oldest Question’ (Doctor Who)

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

As we approach the end of 2019, it’s time for another ‘Nyssa Challenge’ review. Today, we’re on one of the latest ‘Doctor Who’ Short Trip audios by Big Finish, read by Sarah Sutton. I’m happy about this! 😀 It’s time for ‘The Second Oldest Question’ by Carrie Thompson. It stars the Fifth Doctor and Nyssa.

This is an enjoyably unusual, bizarre yet satisfying ‘Doctor Who’ Short Trip audio story where a chicken gets put on trial in the medieval English village of Snittlegarth. The Doctor also gets to answer the second oldest question in the universe. Sarah does a variety of voices in this short tale! 🙂

Please feel free to check out; read and comment on my review for ‘The Second Oldest Question’. You can purchase ‘The Second Oldest Question’ only as a download from the Big Finish website.

Enjoy! 🙂

Stay tuned tomorrow for my review on the Big Finish audio story, ‘Tartarus’ with Peter Davison, Sarah Sutton and Janet Fielding.

Bye for now!

Tim. 🙂
