Hello everyone! 🙂
Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!
I’ve been watching the original ‘Spider-Man’ cartoon show from the 1960s. I purchased the complete collection on DVD back in June this year. The show is divided into three seasons. I can’t say I’ve been won over by the 1960s ‘Spider-Man’ show since I prefer the 1990s animated TV show more.
I found Season 1 to be better than Seasons 2 and 3. I’ll explain why that is as we go through each of the DVD releases for each season. For now, I’m sharing my reviews on Season 1 – Volume 1 of original ‘Spider-Man’ series today. This features episodes with villains like Doc Ock, the Lizard, the Scorpion, Mysterio, Electro and the Green Goblin.
Here’s a list of my reviews on the episodes from Season 1 – Volume 1 of the original 1960s ‘Spider-Man’ series.
- ‘The Power of Dr. Octopus’ (TV)
- ‘Sub-Zero For Spidey’ (TV)
- ‘Where Crawls the Lizard’ (TV)
- ‘Electro the Human Lightning Bolt’ (TV)
- ‘The Menace of Mysterio’ (1967) (TV)
- ‘The Sky Is Falling’ (TV)
- ‘Captured by J. Jonah Jameson’ (TV)
- ‘Never Step on a Scorpion’ (TV)
- ‘Sands of Crime’ (TV)
- ‘Diet of Destruction’ (TV)
- ‘The Witching Hour’ (TV)
Please feel free to check out, read and comment on my new ‘Spider-Man’ reviews. You can purchase ‘Original Spider-Man: The Complete Collection’ on DVD from Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com.
Enjoy!
Bye for now!
Tim. 🙂
