Hello everyone! 🙂
Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!
Time for some more reviews by me on the 1960s ‘Spider-Man’ cartoon show. They’re on Season 1 – Volume 3. If you want my recommendation, I would purchase just the Season 1 DVDs of original ‘Spider-Man’ rather than the Season 2 and Season 3 DVDs since I feel it goes downhill after Season 1 ends.
The Season 1 episodes of ‘Spider-Man’ have more variety in terms of villains including the classic comic book villains like Doc Ock, the Green Goblin, Scorpion, Electro, etc. They do seem simplistic compared to how Spider-Man villains are depicted in the 1990s animated TV series and the movies, but they’re better than the Season 2 and Season 3 villains.
Here’s a list of my reviews on the episodes from Season 1 – Volume 3 of the original 1960s ‘Spider-Man’ series.
- ‘The Golden Rhino’ (TV)
- ‘Blueprint For Crime’ (TV)
- ‘The Spider and the Fly’ (TV)
- ‘The Slippery Doctor Von Schlick’ (TV)
- ‘The Vulture’s Prey’ (TV)
- ‘The Dark Terrors’ (TV)
- ‘The Terrible Triumph of Dr. Octopus’ (TV)
- ‘Magic Malice’ (TV)
- ‘Fountain of Terror’ (TV)
- ‘Fiddler on the Loose’ (TV)
- ‘To Catch a Spider’ (TV)
- ‘Double Identity’ (TV)
- ‘Sting of the Scorpion’ (TV)
- ‘Trick or Treachery’ (TV)
Please feel free to check out, read and comment on my new ‘Spider-Man’ reviews. You can purchase ‘Original Spider-Man: The Complete Collection’ on DVD from Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com.
Enjoy!
Bye for now!
Tim. 🙂
