Day 4 – ‘Bradley’s Basement’s Advent Calendar 2020

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s Day 4 of ‘Bradley’s Basement’s Advent Calendar 2020.

Is this the night that they call the Bella Notte?

It’s time for a doggie Disney film today! Here’s a photo of Santa Cuddles and Puddles with the ‘Lady and the Tramp’ DVD. That’s the original 1955 animated film by the way. Puddles fancies herself being a lady here! 😀 I didn’t have time to prepare a meal of meatballs and spaghetti for the two dogs sadly.

I’ve seen both the original 1955 film and the 2019 live-action remake of ‘Lady and the Tramp’, which is currently being shown on Disney+. I love both versions of the film. Some may prefer the original over the remake, but I like the remake very much and I consider it just as good as the original film. 🙂

I hope one day to do a full-length detailed review on the 2019 live-action remake of ‘Lady and the Tramp’, like I did with the original 1955 film. I’ve got plenty of Disney films to catch up and review on too, including sequels to films I’ve already reviewed – ‘Cinderella’, ‘The Little Mermaid’, ‘Bambi’, etc.

Incidentally, I can cook spaghetti bolognese at home as well as lasagnes based on the recipe by Sarah Sutton from ‘The Doctor Who Cookbook’. I hope to use my cooking talents to proper use in the future. Perhaps when providing food for a light lunch somewhere or maybe for a special person.

As Cuddes and Puddles get to ready to enjoy the original 1955 film of ‘Lady and the Tramp’ on DVD as well as the 2019 live-action remake on Disney+, I hope my parents and I can enjoy watching both versions over Christmas too. There are Christmas scenes at the beginning and at the ends of both films.

Puddles: “There should be a lot more of me in this advent calendar! Not of that silly little mutt! And I do like ‘Lady and the Tramp’.”

Thanks for reading!

Check out what Day 4 of my ‘Bradley’s Basement’s Advent Calendars for 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 were about!

Bye for now!

Tim. 🙂
