Day 6 – ‘Bradley’s Basement’s Advent Calendar 2020

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s Day 6 of ‘Bradley’s Basement’s Advent Calendar 2020.

Would you believe Steven Moffat co-write a screenplay for a ‘Tintin’ movie?

Here’s Cuddles in a photo with Snuggles and Buggles along with some DVDs of ‘The Adventures of Tintin’, based on the books by Hergé. Buggles, Snuggles’ son, stole Cuddles’ Santa hat for this photo. Gosh, there’s going to be a fight on who’s going to be the next Santa Paws…or is it Santa Cuddles? 😀

Going back to Tintin, I’ve been checking out ‘The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn’ 2011 movie, directed by Steven Spielberg as well as produced by Peter Jackson. I’ve also been checking out ‘The Adventures of Tintin’ 1991-1992 cartoon series, which I’ve enjoyed watching a lot.

Tintin is a journalist who goes on adventures with his dog Snowy. It’s no wonder why Cuddles, Snuggles and Buggles love Tintin and Snowy (or Milou as the French call him). After all, I think Cuddles likes to be Snowy. Or is it Buggles? Again, competition between these two dogs at home! 😀

I’ve enjoyed watching ‘The Adventures of Tintin’ 2011 movie as well as the ‘Tintin’ 1990s cartoon series. They’ve been good to watch during difficult times. Would you believe Jamie Bell (the Thing from 2015’s ‘Fantastic Four’) played Tintin in the 2011 film? Andy Serkis was also Captain Haddock. 🙂

I’m hoping I’ll get a chance to revisit and review ‘The Adventures of Tintin’ 2011 film as well as the 1990s cartoon show after watching it this year. I’m sure Cuddles, Snuggles and Buggles would love to watch them again. It’ll be very good to check the film and the cartoon show out this Christmas time. 🙂

Cuddles: “Why has Buggles got my Santa hat on his head?”

Thanks for reading!

Check out what Day 6 of my ‘Bradley’s Basement’s Advent Calendars for 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 were about!

Bye for now!

Tim. 🙂
