Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s time for the second story in the 2020 trilogy of Sixth Doctor audios in ‘Doctor Who’ by Big Finish called ‘Scorched Earth’. It’s a four-part story by Chris Chapman and it features Colin Baker as the Sixth Doctor, Miranda Raison as Constance Clarke and Lisa Greenwood as Flip Ramon. The story is set in 1944 France.

This is an intriguing and dramatic adventure where the Doctor, Constance and Flip witness how Nazi collaborators were treated by the French after World War II was over. Constance and Flip’s friendship gets tested and the Doctor tackles the menace of the deadly Furio. Was this an impressive audio adventure for me?
