Happy Easter everyone! 🙂
Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!
Easter time has come again and even though we’re still living through a pandemic – please keep safe – I’m happy to be enjoying Easter Sunday today and sharing my Easter greetings with you. I hope you are all keeping safe and are enjoying your Easter Eggs wherever you are! I’m sure I’m enjoying mine! 😀
I recently shared my Good Friday post on ‘The Easter Story’ book by Stephanie Jeffs with illustrations by John Haysom, published in 1997 before it was reprinted in 2000. It’s a lovely book to celebrate the true meaning of Easter and to remember God’s son, Jesus Christ who loved us and died on the cross for you and me to save us from our sins before he rose from the dead three days later. 🙂
I pray everyone will have a lovely Easter Sunday despite the difficult times we live in. My current Easter review season for 2021 is on the ‘Doctor Who’ book series ‘The Darksmith Legacy’ featuring the Tenth Doctor. Today, I’ll be sharing a review on the fourth book of the series called ‘The Depths of Despair’ by Justin Richards. Stay tuned for reviews on the rest of ‘The Darksmith Legacy’ series. 😀
Tomorrow, I’ll be sharing the first of the ‘Judy Garland Film Review Season’, looking into the 1948 film ‘Easter Parade’ starring Judy Garland and Fred Astaire. There’ll be three more Judy Garland-related film reviews to look forward to in the next few weeks for the rest of April 2021. Stay tuned! 🙂
Also stay tuned for any more Easter surprises coming your way by me on my blog!
In the meantime, enjoy the rest of your Easter break!
Bye for now!
Tim. 🙂
