It’s the 1st of June today! We begin this month by continuing to look into Season 8 of ‘Doctor Who’ on Blu-ray with Jon Pertwee! Today, we’re taking a look at the second story of Season 8 called ‘The Mind of Evil’, featuring Jon Pertwee’s Doctor with Katy Manning as Jo Grant, Nicholas Courtney as the Brigadier, Richard Franklin as Mike Yates, and John Levene as Sgt. Benton where they confront Roger Delgado as the Master.
I enjoyed revisiting ‘The Mind of Evil’ on Blu-ray recently. It was nice to watch the ‘Behind the Sofa’ item on ‘The Mind of Evil’ with Katy Manning and Stewart Bevan, Sarah Sutton and Janet Fielding, and Anjli Mohindra and Sacha Dhawan. The ‘Behind the Sofa’ items on these classic ‘Doctor Who’ Blu-ray box sets cheer me up, especially during tough times – please keep safe.
