Audio Review – ‘Only the Good’ (The War Master)

I’ve started reviewing ‘The War Master’ series of Big Finish audios starring Sir Derek Jacobi as the Master. I’ll be reviewing these ‘War Master’ box sets from the worlds of ‘Doctor Who’ monthly in the build-up to reviewing ‘Killing Time’, the sixth ‘War Master’ box set which features Derek Jacobi as well as Katy Manning and Sarah Sutton for my 2021-22 ‘Nyssa Challenge’ mini-review season.

For now, let’s check out the first ‘War Master’ box set by Big Finish called ‘Only the Good’. As well as featuring Derek Jacobi as the War Master, it also features Nicholas Briggs as the Daleks and special guest stars like Jonny Green, Mark Elstob, Jacqueline King, Deirdre Mullins, Rachel Atkins, Hannah Barker, Emily Barber, Robert Daws, Nerys Hughes and Jonathan Bailey.
