It’s time to talk about my favourite story out of Season 24 of ‘Doctor Who’ with Sylvester McCoy, featuring updated thoughts by me on the story based on the Blu-ray box set release. Today, it’s ‘Delta and the Bannermen’, the third story of Season 24 featuring Sylvester McCoy as the Seventh Doctor and Bonnie Langford as Mel with special guest stars Ken Dodd, Don Henderson, Sara Griffiths and more.
It was great to watch the extended version of ‘Delta and the Bannermen’ on Blu-ray. I equally enjoyed the new Blu-ray extras including the brand-new making-of documentary ‘Holiday Camp’, featuring behind-the-scenes cast and crew interviews. I also enjoyed the ‘Behind the Sofa’ item with Sylvester McCoy, Bonnie Langford, Sophie Aldred, Peter Davison, Sarah Sutton, Janet Fielding, Colin Baker and Michael Jayston. I also enjoyed watching ‘Clown Court’ with Sylvester McCoy and Noel Edmonds again and again on Blu-ray! 😀
