Week 56 – ‘The Nyssa Challenge’ UPDATED

–UPDATED REVIEW ON AUDIO EPISODE TODAY–

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

And welcome to the final instalment of ‘The Nyssa Challenge’ 2021-22 mini-review season of ‘Doctor Who’. To finish off, let’s check out the fourth and final episode of the Big Finish audio anthology called ‘Circular Time’. In the last episode called ‘Winter’, the Fifth Doctor faces his end, but he’s helped out by Nyssa.

‘Circular Time: Winter’ stars Peter Davison as the Fifth Doctor and Sarah Sutton as Nyssa. It’s fitting to close off the latest ‘Nyssa Challenge’ mini-review season with ‘Circular Time: Winter’ after checking out ‘The War Master’ story called ‘Killing Time’ recently. There are also the first three episodes of ‘Circular Time’ to check out.

Please feel free to check out, read and comment on my updated review for ‘Circular Time: Winter’. You can purchase ‘Circular Time’ from Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.com or the Big Finish website.

Enjoy! 🙂

I hope you’ve enjoyed the latest ‘Nyssa Challenge’ mini-review season we’ve had. For the next ‘Nyssa Challenge’ mini-review season in 2022-23, I’m currently looking forward to checking out the two upcoming ‘Forty’ box sets featuring Peter Davison as the Fifth Doctor, Sarah Sutton as Nyssa, Janet Fielding as Tegan, Matthew Waterhouse as Adric and Mark Strickson as Turlough. I’m also looking forward to the ‘Tenth Doctor Classic Companions’ box set with David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor, Louise Jameson as Leela, Sarah Sutton as Nyssa, Sophie Aldred as Ace and John Leeson as K-9. I also hope to update my reviews on ‘The Demons of Red Lodge and Other Stories’ and the stories featured in the ‘Short Trips: Transmissions’ book. Whether the highly anticipated Season 20 Blu-ray box set of ‘Doctor Who’ will come out in 2022, I don’t know. We’ll have to wait and see. Stay tuned!

Bye for now!

Tim. 🙂
