I’ve reviewed another movie I’ve seen recently on DVD. It’s time to check out the 1937 film ‘Seventh Heaven’, starring James Stewart and Simone Simon with Jean Hersholt and Gregory Ratoff. I’ve done a new review on a movie I’ve seen recently. This is the 1944 film ‘Gaslight’, starring Charles Boyer, Ingrid Bergman and Joseph Cotton. This film is based upon the 1938 play by Patrick Hamilton. I’ve seen a 2017 theatre production of the play and it was quite different compared to seeing the 1944 film. Continue reading
