Hello everyone! 🙂
Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!
Today, I’m sharing my full-length DVD review on a Christmas film I saw on the big screen for a limited re-release at my local cinema back in December 2019. It’s time to take a look at the 1947 film ‘The Bishop’s Wife’, starring Cary Grant, Loretta Young and David Niven. This is a film my parents and I greatly enjoyed.
The film does have some echoes of ‘It’s a Wonderful Life’, which was released a year before ‘The Bishop’s Wife’ was made. I purchased the DVD back in 2020 for my parents and I to enjoy over Christmas in that year. We enjoyed the film again when we revisited it in 2021. I’m sure we’ll be revisiting it again soon.
Please feel free to check out, read and comment on my review for ‘The Bishop’s Wife’ by clicking on the link for it. You can purchase ‘The Bishop’s Wife’ on DVD either from Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.com.
Enjoy! 🙂
Bye for now!
Tim. 🙂
