Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!
In Season 9 of the classic ‘Doctor Who’ TV series, the first story away from Earth is ‘The Curse of Peladon’. Today, we take a look at the second story in Season 9 that’s away from Earth called ‘The Mutants’, starring Jon Pertwee as the Third Doctor and Katy Manning as Jo Grant. Can the Doctor and Jo solve the mystery of the planet Solos and the Mutts? Sadly, no X-Men can help them in this six-part story? 😀 ‘The Mutants’ can be checked out on DVD and Britbox. The story will soon be re-released in the Season 9 Blu-ray box set, so watch out for that. 😀
