Season 9 of classic ‘Doctor Who’ is Jon Pertwee’s third season as the Third Doctor. Whilst he’s still exiled to Earth by the Time Lords, Jon Pertwee’s Doctor gets the chance to go off-world a bit more compared to Season 8.
