‘Soldiers of Love: Metamorphs’ is on YouTube!

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Get your remotes ready! It’s MJTV time! 😀

Welcome back to MJTV time and Critical Penguin is back again with his mission to share the 14-part MJTV audio series ‘Soldiers of Love’ on YouTube. Of course, I’m helping him out by providing the episodes, including the photos and audio tracks, based on the CDs I own. This is so that CP can put together videos of each ‘SOL’ episode to share online. Continue reading

Welcome back to MJTV time, and we continue with ‘Soldiers of Love’, as Critical Penguin continues his mission to share the 14-part audio series on YouTube with me helping him out. I’m currently sending the ‘SOL’ episodes to CP one by one, containing photos and audio tracks from the CDs I own, in order for him to put together videos of each ‘SOL’ episode to share on YouTube. Get your remotes ready! It’s MJTV time! 😀

Yes! It’s MJTV time again! 😀 Back in 2018, I did an Easter review season on the audio series ‘Soldiers of Love’, produced by MJTV (Mark James Thompson Visuals). Sadly, the MJTV website doesn’t exist anymore, and there isn’t a way to purchase the 14-part audio series online, both physically and digitally. 😦 Thankfully, Critical Penguin has come to the rescue! 🙂 Continue reading

Quick DVD Review – ‘Tom and Jerry: Cowboy Up!’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s time to talk about a ‘Tom and Jerry’ movie that I purchased from my trip in Newcastle in July 2022. I know it’s taken me a while to get around to finally watch the film in 2023, but I’ve managed to check it out and can share some thoughts on what one of the latest ‘Tom and Jerry’ animated films is like. Continue reading

Quick DVD Review – ‘The Master of Disguise’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley.

It’s time to talk about a Christmas present my best mate from school, Stephen, gave me in 2022. And of course this is a Christmas present Stephen gave me, because I wouldn’t be reviewing this supposed ‘adventure comedy’ film by choice if it hadn’t been given to me as a Christmas present. 😀 Continue reading

Quick Disney+ Series Review – ‘The Santa Clauses’

SPOILERS ALERT!!!

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I’ve seen ‘The Santa Clauses’ on Disney+! 🙂 Since I shared my reviews on ‘The Santa Clause’ film trilogy this year, it’s only fair that I share my thoughts on the six-part Disney+ series that follows up on the move trilogy, starring Tim Allen as Scott Calvin/Santa Claus. I have greatly enjoyed the series. Continue reading

ITV’s ‘Animals Do The Funniest Things’ (1999) on YouTube

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Here’s something for you to check out over the Christmas period. During the summer holidays in 2002, Stephen, my best mate from school, shared with me a VHS recording of an ITV comedy programme that was shown in June 1999. This was ‘Animals Do The Funniest Things’, which I enjoyed. Continue reading

DVD Reviews – ‘The Santa Clause’ Trilogy

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s Christmas time! 🙂 And once again we’re back for some more full-length Christmas-related reviews in December 2022. To start off, let’s talk about ‘The Santa Clause’ trilogy of movies today! And what good timing this is with ‘The Santa Clauses’ series on Disney+. ‘The Santa Clause’ movies star Tim Allen (who voices Buzz Lightyear in the ‘Toy Story’ films) as Scott Calvin/Santa Claus. I’ve enjoyed checking out these movies over the years at Christmas. They’ve been very entertaining in depicting this Disney live-action version of Santa. 🙂

Quick TV Series Review – ‘The Larkins’ (Series 2)

SPOILERS ALERT!!!

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

As well as seeing Bradley Walsh in the ‘Doctor Who’ story ‘The Power of the Doctor’ this year, I’ve also seen him in Series 2 of ‘The Larkins’ on both ITV1 and Britbox. I greatly enjoyed watching Series 2 of ‘The Larkins’ after enjoying Series 1 and the Christmas Special back in 2021, which is amazing. 🙂 Continue reading

‘It Ain’t Half Hot Mum’ – Series 4 REVIEWED

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s time for me to share my completed reviews on Series 4 of the BBC comedy TV series ‘It Ain’t Half Hot Mum’ by Jimmy Perry and David Croft. I’m enjoying revisiting this BBC comedy series. I know it’s something that won’t be shown today (it’s clearly not on Britbox and I think you’ll be able to check it out on Amazon Prime Video), but it’s interesting how Jimmy Perry and David Croft tackled a comedy TV series like this about British India. I’m looking forward to revisiting Series 5 on DVD next. 🙂 Continue reading
