Back in July 2019, my parents and I saw ‘Stuart Townend and Cambrensis in Concert’ at St. David’s Hall in Cardiff. Yesterday, my parents and I saw ‘The Promise of Christmas’ concert at St. David’s Hall. This helped to make me feel Christmassy. On Saturday the 13th of July this year, my parents and I attended ‘Stuart Townend and Cambrensis in Concert’. Yesterday, my parents and I went to see the concert, ‘Shake That Thing’ (or ‘The Great British Swing-Dance Show’) at the Taliesin in Swansea. Tony Jacobs was there with his Tuxedo Jazz Orchestra, the Swing Time Jivers, the Little Tunes Dixieland Band and special guest singer Catherine Sykes from the Glenn Miller UK Orchestra. Yesterday, my parents and I saw ‘The Glenn Miller Orchestra’ at St David’s Hall in Cardiff! I enjoyed the concert very much as I love the music of Glenn Miller! Yesterday, I enjoyed attending the event ‘Fascinating Rhythm’ with my parents. This was a local event presented by the Llandaff Theatre Company. It was an amateur performance of singers and music of nostalgic music from the 30s, 40s and 50s. It was a very interesting and enjoyable event. Continue reading
