The ‘Shazam!’ Movies

SPOILERS ALERT!!!

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Last year, I did a quick review on ‘Black Adam’, which happened to be a spin-off film from the 2019 movie ‘Shazam!’ Since ‘Shazam! Fury of the Gods’ came out recently at cinemas, it’s only fair I check out what these ‘Shazam!’ films are like compared to the other films in the ‘DC Extended Universe’. 🙂 Continue reading

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley.

It’s that time again to bring you another Disney+ Roundup on ‘Bradley’s Basement’, and today we have a triple feature as I’ve seen three movies that I’ve never seen before on Disney+ lately. This includes a war film called ‘The Book Thief’ and two 1980s films with Tom Hanks – ‘Big’ and ‘Splash’. 🙂 Continue reading

And here we are on the first film entry of Phase Five of the ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe’. I know I have Disney+ shows like ‘Ms. Marvel’ and ‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law’ to catch up on, and I’m hoping I’ll get around to checking out those shows soon. In the meantime, let’s talk about this certain film. 🙂 Continue reading

Quick DVD Review – ‘Tom and Jerry: Cowboy Up!’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s time to talk about a ‘Tom and Jerry’ movie that I purchased from my trip in Newcastle in July 2022. I know it’s taken me a while to get around to finally watch the film in 2023, but I’ve managed to check it out and can share some thoughts on what one of the latest ‘Tom and Jerry’ animated films is like. Quick DVD Review – ‘Dungeons & Dragons’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s time to talk about another present that Stephen, my best mate from school, gave me for Christmas last year. 🙂 Since the new ‘Dungeons & Dragons’ movie is coming out soon this year, it’s only fair that I check out the original ‘Dungeons & Dragons’ movie that was released back in 2000. 🙂 Continue reading

Disney+ Roundup – ‘Mrs. Doubtfire’ & ‘Flubber’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I’m going to try something different in terms of doing quick movie reviews. Rather than do individual reviews, I’m going to do quick reviews on two or three films I’ve seen on Disney+ in the space of a couple or a few weeks. This is a new segment on my blog that I’d like to call the Disney+ Roundup, 🙂 Continue reading

Quick DVD Review – ‘The Master of Disguise’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley.

It’s time to talk about a Christmas present my best mate from school, Stephen, gave me in 2022. And of course this is a Christmas present Stephen gave me, because I wouldn’t be reviewing this supposed ‘adventure comedy’ film by choice if it hadn’t been given to me as a Christmas present. 😀 Continue reading

Movie Review – ‘Matilda the Musical’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s funny. For a long time, I’ve never considered the idea of Roald Dahl‘s ‘Matilda’ being a musical that seriously. The stage show had a trial run in Stratford-upon-Avon from 2010 to 2011 before it had its West End premiere in 2011. Apparently, it’s a popular stage show, yet I’ve not seen it myself. Movie Review – ‘Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery’

SPOILERS ALERT!!!

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’s blog and I’m Tim Bradley.

Rian Johnson is a film director I didn’t expect to return to again so soon. 😀 Since I checked out and reviewed ‘Knives Out’ in 2021, it’s only fair that I check out and review the sequel to the 2019 film called ‘Glass Onion’. The film stars Daniel Craig back in his role of the master detective Benoit Blanc. Continue reading
