May the Fourth Be with You, as today it’s ‘Star Wars’ Day! 🙂 I was hoping to check out and write a quick review on the ‘Andor’ series that’s on Disney+. But with the ‘Doctor Who’ 60th anniversary celebrations and other things getting in the way, I haven’t been able to find the time to check it out.

This was a special treat for me, as I got to attend a little convention, also called a sci-fi fair, in Fareham in December 2014 run by the organiser called the Timeless Collectors or the Sci-Fi South Collectors. I got to see Sarah Sutton before Christmas that year, which was very exciting. 🙂

At last! I’ve finally seen it! The six-part ‘Star Wars’ series ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’, starring Ewan McGregor as the title character. I’m glad I’ve been able to check out another ‘Star Wars’ show on Disney+ this year, and this turned out to be a really enjoyable six-episode series featuring the Obi-Wan character.

I know I said I was holding back on this comic con after attending ‘Collectormania 27’ in Birmingham back in September. But after seeing Jodie Whittaker (the Thirteenth Doctor) and David Tennant (the Tenth Doctor and now the Fourteenth Doctor) in the ‘Doctor Who’ BBC Centenary Special called ‘The Power of the Doctor’, I had to go to this event before 2022 was over. I’m pleased I did.

It’s the last day of ‘Star Wars’ week on ‘Bradley’s Basement’ in May 2022, and we conclude on what is arguably the most divisive of ‘Star Wars’ film trilogies in recent years. It’s up to you whether you like this trilogy or not. I find it pretty average compared to ‘The Mandalorian’ and ‘The Book of Boba Fett’. I just hope there’ll be better ‘Star Wars’ movies in future.

I enjoyed checking out this trilogy of ‘Star Wars’ books when I read them from late 2020 to early 2021. Let’s hope they won’t be the last time I’ll be checking out some ‘Star Wars’ literature.

These spin-offs take place between ‘Revenge of the Sith’ and ‘A New Hope’. They depict what occurred leading up to the introduction of Luke Skywalker and team fighting against Darth Vader, the Emperor and the Galactic Empire.
