Short Trips with Messages (‘Driftwood’)

This story is by Dale Smith and it features the Seventh Doctor and Mel. I enjoyed reading this tale as the Doctor and Mel help a little girl named Emily who is connected to a dolphin that’s in a computer.

There are elements of ‘Silence in the Library’/’Forest of the Dead’ in this short tale. I could definitely feel the Season 24 atmosphere of this story, especially since the Seventh Doctor and Mel were in it.

‘Driftwood’ rating – 3/5
