Short Trips with Companions (‘The Canvey Angels’)
This story is by David Bailey and features the Fifth Doctor and Peri. I enjoyed this tale that’s set during the Doctor and Peri’s earlier travels. They visit the Canvey Islands during the summer of 1953.
This story develops from being a soap-opera drama into something deadly and serious. I liked contrasting differences between the Doctor and Peri when they’re investigating a certain mystery.
