    Hi mandigolightly.

‘Exodus Code’ is on the ‘Torchwood’ timeline. With the comics, I assume you mean the Titan comics ‘World Without End’ and ‘Station Zero’.

    Thanks for dropping a line.

    Tim. 🙂

hi there. Great timeline, thanks for doing it. Are you going to update it to include Believe, The Last Beacon, We Always Get Out Alive, The Death of Captain Jack and Goodbye Picadilly? Best wishes, Richard

      Hi Richard.

Thanks for your post. Glad you enjoyed my ‘Torchwood’ timeline.

I’ve added the latest ‘Torchwood’ stories including ‘God Among Us’ as you suggest. Please forgive me if the placements for these stories are incorrect as I’ve not heard them yet. If you can suggest better placements for these stories on where they go in the timeline, that’ll be much appreciated.

I’ll add these stories to Captain Jack’s timeline too.

      Tim. 🙂

Hi Tim. Can I ask how you know where to place them if you’ve not heard them? Just curious! As far as I can remember none of them had any clues as to where they should go, so I presume they happen in release order. I think Lives of Captain Jack is tricker though. Cheers

        Hi Richard.

It’s mostly guesswork on my part. I usually rely on sites like eyespider and the Divergent Universe forum to give me suggestions on where the stories can go in any ‘Doctor Who’ timeline. But for this occassion, eyespider didn’t have any placements for the latest Torchwood stories and I’ve no prompting from the DU forum to help suggest where to put these stories yet.

As I’ve said for most of my ‘Doctor Who’ timelines, they are always subject to change, so the placements I’ve currently put for the latest ‘Torchwood’ stories will remain as they are unless I get some help/suggestions otherwise on their placements.

I make a guess on where to place the ‘Torchwood’ stories mainly from watching the TV series or from previous placements of other Big Finish stories. For example, I assume ‘Believe’ takes place between ‘Adam’ and ‘Reset’. I’ve placed ‘We Always Get Out Alive’ and ‘Goodbye Picadilly’ where they are in the timeline since previous stories like ‘Forgotten Lives’ and ‘Ghost Mission’ are placed in that part of the timeline too. That change however.

I’m not denying listening to these stories at some point as I hope I’ll listen to them someday. But if anyone can provide me better placements for these latest ‘Torchwood’ stories and anything ‘Doctor Who’ related, that’ll be much appreciated.

        Tim. 🙂

Hi, you could add a specifying comment to the Big Finish Audio “Torchwood: Broken”?
It doesn’t go as much across time as the “The Torchwood Archive”, but it goes a bit across the episodes of S1. I can understand, if you don’t want to add it behind every of the episodes, but it may help to understand the episodes timeline placing to specify that it goes on in the background of several original tv episodes.

I can’t place the flashback fragment before the opening music. However, it’s Ianto telling Lisa he loves her, so it’s before “Army of Ghosts/Doomsdays”.

The story begins immediately after “Cyberwoman”, refers to events in “Small Worlds”, “Countrycide” and “Greeks Bearing Gifts” as going to happen or having recently happened throughout the episode, with the showdown scene happening after “Greeks Bearing Gifts”. The last scene in “Torchwood: Broken” happens before the episode “They keep killing Suzie”

      Hi Windsprite.

Thanks for your helpful suggestions regarding the story placements for the Big Finish audio ‘Broken’. I’ve not had a chance to listen to any of the ‘Torchwood’ Big Finish audios yet, so any suggestions on where the stories can be placed are most welcome.

      Kind regards

      Tim. 🙂
