      Hi Travis.

I don’t usually add upcoming releases of Big Finish audios of ‘Doctor Who’ before they’re released because I don’t know at what point they’re supposed to be placed, unless the Doctor in question happens to be with a certain companion.

With ‘The Lure of the Nomad’, ‘Iron Bright’ and ‘The Hour of the Cybermen’, the Sixth Doctor seems to be alone, so I don’t have much to go on here as to where these stories take place in his timeline. The same goes for ‘Jago & Litefoot Forever’ as that can happen anywhere in the Sixth Doctor’s timeline.

For now, I’ve given these stories temporary placements in the Sixth Doctor’s timeline. The same goes for ‘The Darkened Earth’ with Constance Clarke. I’ve also added these stories to Jago & Litefoot’s timeline, Leela’s timeline and Constance’s timeline respectively.

Hope this helps. Glad you enjoy using my timelines.

      Tim. 🙂

Hello, thanks for your hard work. Do you by any chance know where the audio drama Diary of River Song might fit in? In “World and Time Enough” with River he’s in his blue suit and black necktie, but in “The Eye of the Storm” with both River and Seven he’s back in his patchwork quilt.

      Hi Lainey

      Apologies for my late reply.

I placed the two Sixth Doctor audios from ‘The Diary of River Song’ at the end of ‘The Sixth Doctor Alone (2)’ section, directly after ‘Judoon In Chains’.

      Hope this helps.

      Tim. 🙂

No worries, thank you for replying. I had just gotten into Big Finish with “Urgent Calls” and I’m happy to hear that those other stories are in the same section. 🙂

I’m so glad to see another person that discovered their love for big finish due to the Masterpiece that is Urgent Calls. Honestly, I think it is one of the most underrated stories in the big finish line up. This story was one of the first 6th Doctor stories I ever listened to, and was the one that got me to fall in love with the 6th doctor, when I was even Seasons behind him while catching up on Classic Who. And, not to mention, this was back when I still thought he was supposed to be a terrible person. Of course, I heard rumblings that he was better over at Big finish, but was never really interested in that expanded media. And then, I found Urgent Calls on SoundCloud, and instantly fell in love with him, and Insulin begin to question why you were so hated. You seem like the most kind and charming doctor of all of them. Which, was especially proven once I began to listen to more of his stories once I caught up to him. It’s one of the main reasons I’m binging every episode of his versus any other doctor. Even now, after listening to almost all of his audios, Urgent Calls is still probably my favorite, for the sixth doctor, and for big finish in general. Just behind 1963: A Space Race, of course.

Hey, Bradley! I have a question. So, I have been binging the 6th doctor for the past year or so now, based on this timeline you have made. So far it has worked out tremendously! Better-than-expected, in fact! Currently, I am in the Charlie era, and I’ve reached The Red House from The Last Adventure box set. I’ve noticed that further into the timeline, The Last Adventure stories have been sort of scattered with the next one being the second to last episode in the set, but next on the timeline, and such. I was wondering if this was safe? For the past year I have been trying my damnedest to NOT get the 6th doctor’s regeneration spoiled for me. I want his cause of death, and the events leading up to it to be a complete and utter surprise for me. So far, I have done a really harrowing job through this, but thankfully I have managed it. If I listen to The Last Adventure stories throughout the timeline, in their respected order, with the brink of death being the end of everything for me, do I have to worry about anything getting spoiled for me? Like, how Stage Fright, the second-to-last in the box set, is next in the timeline, yet, nowhere near the end of the timeline. Do I have to worry about it spoiling anything about his regeneration to me, too early? Thank you and I can’t wait to see your reply! 🙂

      Hi Mikhael.

      Thanks for your message.

Yeah this is a tricky one, isn’t it? I would’ve preferred the four stories in ‘The Last Adventure’ to be in chronological order in the Sixth Doctor’s timeline. But the timeline I’ve created for Sixy seems to have them scattered with ‘The Red House’ first; then ‘Stage Fright’; then ‘The End of the Line’; then ‘The Brink of Death’ rather than the order Big Finish have put them them. The eyespider timeline for Sixy seems to have done the same as I have.

I don’t want to give too much way in terms of spoilers. But as I discovered from listening to ‘The Last Adventure’, the order Big Finish have put these four stories in seems to be taken from the Valeyard’s perspective rather than the Sixth Doctor’s. Again, I’d rather have it from Sixy’s perspective instead of the Valeyard’s. But that’s how Big Finish have constructed this four-part adventure.

In terms of listening to this adventure, I don’t think there’s a reason to not listen to it out of order in the way it seems to be in Sixy’s timeline. Mind you, it’s been a while since I last heard it. If you want to avoid spoilers, I’d suggest saving ‘The Last Adventure’ for the very end of the listening order with Sixy. You can listen to it again in Sixy’s order should you do another Sixth Doctor binge experience again. But again it’s your choice. Do it however you want. If you want to know more on my thoughts of ‘The Sixth Doctor: The Last Adventure’, click the link for my review on the adventure on my timeline

Very pleased you’ve been using my Sixth Doctor’s timeline to help you enjoy Sixy’s stories from beginning to end. Sounds like a lot of fun. Hope you enjoy the rest of Sixy’s journey in the stories you go through.

I hope my suggestions have helped you.

      Many thanks.

      Tim. 🙂

And I’ll definitely keep that in mind! Thank you or the reply, and rhank you for the advice. Ill be gladd to read tou reciews once I eventually finish, in the next whole year to come lol (I mean, a year in, and im only half way there. This, Including comics and EVERYTHING not novelized lol wish me luck).

P.S: I just wanted to take this quick second to thank you for putting every bit of effort you have into this timeline, and even the constant updates I didn’t expect once beginning, as a nice bonus. It really has been a huge help to me in this past year, and it has been an amazing experience. I have you to thank for that. Otherwise, this may have been impossible for me to start. Thank you

    Hi,

Was just wondering if you have any idea when The Sixth Doctor and Peri Volume 1 adventures place in the overall timeline? I’m hoping it’s after Peri’s return to the TARDIS in The Widow’s Assassin and it’s following audios, but a part of me reckons it’ll end up being set after Blood on Santa’s Claw.

      Hi Connor.

I believe these stories are meant to take place post-‘Trial of a Time Lord’. So that means after ‘The Widow’s Assassin’. I’ll investigate further and add the stories to the Sixth Doctor and Peri’s timelines later on today.
