So, I’m going to tell you, I didn’t really know what to expect when it came to checking out ‘Black Adam’ at the cinema. I don’t know that much about Black Adam as a character from the DC superhero universe. I don’t know him well compared to Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman. 😐

As a kid, I saw the 1955 film ‘The Ladykillers’ with Sir Alec Guinness. I enjoyed that film when I saw it on VHS in the 1990s and it’s nice to revisit it now and again, whether it’d be on TV or on DVD. It’s a black comedy drama film that’s been cherished by many and it’s worthy of being a quaint English film.

Well, I’ve finally seen them! I’ve seen the five films of ‘Die Hard’ starring Bruce Willis as John McClane. I know, right? Imagine me watching these movies! I didn’t think that would happen either! My Dad purchased them for my Mum since she (and we) enjoyed the ‘Mission: Impossible’ movies!
