I know it hasn’t been that long since I first saw ‘Revolution of the Daleks’ on TV, but having seen the recent festival special of ‘Doctor Who’ again on Blu-ray, I’ve done a brand-new review on the story with some updated thoughts. I greatly enjoyed revisiting ‘Revolution of the Daleks’, starring Jodie Whittaker as the Doctor, Bradley Walsh as Graham, Tosin Cole as Ryan, Mandip Gill as Yaz and John Barrowman as Captain Jack.

Well, after what we’ve been through with a hellish year in 2020, it seems very fitting for me to say…it’s great to have ‘Doctor Who’ back! I’ve missed the TV show very much. TARDIS; time-travel; space and time; Daleks; the Doctor; her three companions, Captain Jack returning! That’s what I’ve missed.

Here we are on the first ‘Doctor Who’ episode I ever watched before I became a fully-fledged fan. This is ‘Dalek’ by Robert Shearman. It’s a great episode featuring a lone Dalek and starring Christopher Eccleston as the Doctor and Billie Piper as Rose. This remains one of my favourite episodes of the series.
