It’s time for me to share my completed reviews on Series 4 of the BBC comedy TV series ‘It Ain’t Half Hot Mum’ by Jimmy Perry and David Croft. I’m enjoying revisiting this BBC comedy series. I know it’s something that won’t be shown today (it’s clearly not on Britbox and I think you’ll be able to check it out on Amazon Prime Video), but it’s interesting how Jimmy Perry and David Croft tackled a comedy TV series like this about British India. I’m looking forward to revisiting Series 5 on DVD next. 🙂

Well, after checking out the 1965 film ‘That Darn Cat!’, which I greatly enjoyed on Disney+, it’s only fair that I check out the 1997 remake of the film called ‘That Darn Cat’, which I’ve also seen on Disney+. It was intriguing to check out 1997’s ‘That Darn Cat’ and I enjoyed the film in a surreal way.

It’s taken me a while, but I’ve finished uploading my reviews on Series 2 of the BBC comedy TV series ‘It Ain’t Half Hot Mum’, created by ‘Dad’s Army’s Jimmy Perry and David Croft. It’s nice to check out these ‘It Ain’t Half Hot Mum’ episodes on DVD and do in-depth reviews on each of them as I go through each season. As I’ve been adding my reviews on the episodes for the ‘Dad’s Army’ radio series as well as adding reviews for the 1971 ‘Dad’s Army: The Movie’; ‘We’re Doomed! The Dad’s Army Story’; the 2016 ‘Dad’s Army’ movie and the 2019 ‘Dad’s Army’ lost episodes remake, I’ve also updated and extended my reviews on all the episodes of the ‘Dad’s Army’ TV series. My parents and I have just finished atching the complete DVD box set of ‘It An’t Half Hot Mum’! This was a Christmas present I gave to Dad last year and I’m amazed we’ve finished all the episodes over a month! My parents have really enjoyed this comedy series and I’m pretty pleased about that!
