This year’s ‘Nyssa Challenge’ mini-review season continues as we look into ‘The Target Storybook’ of ‘Doctor Who’. This is a collection of 15 short stories, which are ‘thrilling new adventures’ by writers and actors from the hit BBC TV series. This was a very fascinating and enjoyable collection of ‘Doctor Who’ short stories to read through.

I’ve reviewed ‘Rose Tyler: The Dimension Cannon’, the audio spin-off from new series ‘Doctor Who’ by Big Finish. It stars Billie Piper, Camille Coduri, Shaun Dingwall and Mark Benton. I’ve enjoyed this four-episode spin-off series. It was superb to hear Rose Tyler again along with Jackie, Pete and Clive.

Today, I’ve added my review on the novelization/audiobook of ‘Doctor Who – Rose’ by Russell T. Davies. This is the first of a brand-new range of Target novelizations in ‘Doctor Who’ and is on the first TV episode of the new series, ‘Rose’, featuring the Ninth Doctor and Rose Tyler. The audiobook is read by Camile Coduri, who played Jackie Tyler in the TV series.

Over Christmas last year, I received an extra present from my parents. It was the Blu-ray edition of Series 1 of ‘Doctor Who’ with Christopher Eccleston as the Ninth Doctor and Billie Piper as Rose Tyler. This was exciting for me, as I was getting into using more of Blu-ray as well as DVDs in general.
