Here’s a quickie for today. There’s a new writing opportunity for ‘Doctor Who’ fans with the Divergent Wordsmiths to celebrate 60 years of the TV show in 2023. This will be for an upcoming fan anthology called ‘A Sparkle of Doctors’! This is pretty exciting and I’m looking forward to providing my contribution to the anthology.

The Divergent Wordsmiths have done it again! 🙂 They’ve released another brand-new ‘Doctor Who’ anthology of short stories called ‘The Paul Spragg ReCollections, Volume 2′, which I’m pretty excited about. This is to honour the memory of our dear Paul Spragg, the producer’s assistant at Big Finish who sadly passed away in May 2014.

It’s been 40 years since Peter Davison as the Fifth Doctor in ‘Doctor Who’ debuted in ‘Part One’ of ‘Castrovalva’ on the 4th of January 1982. The Peter Davison/Fifth Doctor era of ‘Doctor Who’ means a lot to me, especially since I’ve met a lot of the actors/actresses who’ve played characters in the Fifth Doctor era at conventions.

Apparently, it’s been four years since the Divergent Wordsmiths started. I’ve contributed short stories to their collections over the years, including ‘Psychic Image’ for ‘Genesis of Terror’, ‘The Crimson Lion’ and ‘The Popiz’ for ‘The Paul Spragg ReCollections’, and ‘The City of the Bad Wolf’ and ‘Into the Death-Space’ for ‘Unbound Imaginings, Volume 2’. I’m pleased to have written those stories.

Just a quickie! I’ve had a nice tribute given to me about ‘Bradley’s Basement’ on its 5th anniversary by the Divergent Wordsmiths. I was so pleased to see it today! As indicated in the tribute, there’s a lot to look forward to regarding my blog including upcoming ‘Zorbius’ stories, the upcoming ‘Nyssa Challenge’ mini-review season, my upcoming ‘Bradley’s Basement Advent Calendar’ for December 2020 and the ‘March of the Thirteenth Doctor’ marathon review season.
