For today’s instalment of the 2022-23 ‘Nyssa Challenge’ mini-review season, we’re checking out the six ‘Doctor Who’ annual stories featured in the ‘Time Wake & Other Stories’ audio collection. I’ve recently listened to the stories featured in ‘Time Wake & Other Stories’ via download on Audible. The story of interest to me is called ‘Night Flight to Nowhere’, featuring the Fifth Doctor, Nyssa and Tegan. It’s time to take a look at a story featured in the official ‘Doctor Who Annual’ of 2021 called ‘The Guide to the Dark Times’, starring River Song as author Melody Malone. This connects to the ‘Time Lord Victorious’ series in terms of providing a guide on certain characters featured in the event.
