It’s time for the second story in Series 12 of ‘Doctor Who’! This time, it’s a one-part adventure called ‘Orphan 55’ and it’s by Ed Hime who wrote ‘It Takes You Away’ for Series 11. The story features Jodie Whittaker’s Thirteenth Doctor, Bradley Walsh’s Graham, Tosin Cole’s Ryan and Mandip Gill’s Yaz. Will ‘Orphan 55’ impress me as ‘It Takes You Away’ did?

We return to the TV series to take a look at Ed Hime’s first contribution to the ‘Doctor Who’ TV series called ‘It Takes You Away’. It features the Thirteenth Doctor, Graham, Ryan and Yaz meeting a blind girl at her home in a Norwegian fjord. They also discover a gateway to an alternative mirror universe.

This ‘Doctor Who’ season has been pretty good so far and I’ve enjoyed the character journeys of the Doctor, Graham, Ryan and Yaz. I hope it will be good in the season finale!
