We come to the second and final (for now 😀 ) ‘Spider-Man’ film featuring Andrew Garfield as the webslinger – ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2’. Over the years, I’ve grown to like this film more and more. I know it’s the weakest of the two ‘Spider-Man’ films in the Andrew Garfield era so far, but like ‘Spider-Man 3’, I find there’s more good than bad in it.

I’m pleased that there are five ‘Spider-Man’ movies currently available on Disney+, including ‘Spider-Man’, ‘Spider-Man 2’, ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’, ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2’ and ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’. It comes at a good time for me to revisit these ‘Spider-Man’ films before I share a brand-new review on ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’.

Oh dear! ‘The Favourite’. This was a film that I had in mind to see on the big screen after hearing glowing things said about it in 2019. In the end, I saw it on Disney+ in 2021. I’m glad I didn’t have to pay much to see this film because…oh my! This ended up being such a huge disappointment for me.

For the first time ever, I’ve seen a movie on Disney+ with Premier Access! That’s right! This Disney movie was released simultaneously at cinemas and on Disney+. And it was £19.99 well worth spent! I greatly enjoyed watching ‘Cruella’, a prequel film to the ‘The Hundred and One Dalmatians’ story. 🙂

Movie Review – ‘La La Land’

Hello everyone! 🙂

I’ve now seen the movie ‘La La Land’ at the cinema this year for January 2017! I greatly enjoyed seeing this film! It’s a modern-day movie musical, but has the classic flavour of some of the movie musical hits from the 1930s, 40s, 50s and 60s! It’s a movie that has jazz music and lots of colour in it!
