SPOILERS ALERT!!!

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

And here we are on the first film entry of Phase Five of the ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe’. I know I have Disney+ shows like ‘Ms. Marvel’ and ‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law’ to catch up on, and I’m hoping I’ll get around to checking out those shows soon. In the meantime, let’s talk about this certain film. 🙂 Continue reading

Three Updated ‘MCU’ Reviews

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradey!

In updating my ‘Spider-Man’ film reviews recently, I’ve also updated the reviews on three ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe’ films that feature Spider-Man in them. This includes ‘Captain America: Civil War’ (Spider-Man’s debut in the ‘MCU’) and the double bill films ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ and ‘Avengers: Endgame’. Continue reading

Revisiting ‘The Hobbit’/’The Lord of the Rings’ on Blu-ray

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ and I’m Tim Bradley!

I’ve had a chance to check out ‘The Hobbit’ and ‘The Lord of the Rings’ films again, set in the world of Middle-Earth. I’m planning to do a ‘LOTR’-styled Advent Calendar for my blog this year with a comedic edge to it. I also hope to make a start on updating my reviews on the ‘LOTR’ radio series once I’ve sorted out my ‘Nyssa Challenge’ reviews for this year. I also hope to see the new ‘LOTR’ TV series on Amazon Prime Video soon. Continue reading

Blu-ray Review – ‘Avengers: Endgame’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

And welcome back everyone to the ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe Film Review Season’!

Don’t worry, I won’t go over-the-top and mad like I did the last time with introducing the review for ‘Avengers: Infinity War’. Mind you, I don’t feel quite so happy since I’m stuck in the Divergent Universe and many of you are probably still stuck at home due to the coronavirus pandemic – please keep safe. Timelord007 is still out there in space whilst Wolfie and Whiskeybrewer have vanished. 😦 Continue reading

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ and I’m Tim Bradley!

I’ve updated and extended my reviews on ‘The Hobbit’ film trilogy and ‘The Lord of the Rings’ film trilogy. I’ve been revisiting ‘The Hobbit’ and ‘The Lord of the Rings’ films by director Peter Jackson, set in the world of Middle-Earth. This is before I read and review ‘The Hobbit’ book by J. R. R. Tolkien and hopefully before I update my current reviews on ‘The Lord of the Rings’ BBC radio series. Continue reading

DVD Review – ‘Ant-Man’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

And welcome to the final instalment of the ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe Film Review Season 2’!

Today we take a look at the final film of Phase Two of the ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe’ film series. It’s a bit of a peculiar film to end Phase Two as it’s an origins story for a new superhero character. One wonders why ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ was not made as the finale film for Phase Two of the ‘MCU’. Continue reading

DVD review – ‘The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

You probably know this already from my Basement News post for March 2018. But if you haven’t, this is to let you know that I’ve finished revisiting ‘The Hobbit’ film trilogy by updating my review for the third film, ‘The Battle of the Five Armies’, with new photos and extended paragraphs. I’m looking forward to revisiting ‘The Lord of the Rings’ next, especially through the Blu-ray editions. Continue reading
