Movie Review – ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’

SPOILERS ALERT!!!

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ and I’m Tim Bradley!

I’ve seen what is, apparently, the final film in Phase Four in the ‘MCU’ and the sequel to the 2018 film ‘Black Panther’. And I haven’t caught up on ‘Ms. Marvel’ and ‘She-Hulk’ on Disney+ yet. 😀 This is ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’. I found it very good and worthwhile to check out at the cinema. 🙂 Continue reading

Three Updated ‘MCU’ Reviews

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradey!

In updating my ‘Spider-Man’ film reviews recently, I’ve also updated the reviews on three ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe’ films that feature Spider-Man in them. This includes ‘Captain America: Civil War’ (Spider-Man’s debut in the ‘MCU’) and the double bill films ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ and ‘Avengers: Endgame’. Continue reading

Quick ‘Falcon and the Winter Soldier’ Review – ‘Truth’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

After the dramatic climax of the fourth ‘Falcon and the Winter Soldier’ episode, I was looking forward to checking out the fifth and penultimate episode of the web-series starring Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson a.k.a. the Falcon and Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes a.k.a. the Winter Soldier. Continue reading

Quick ‘Falcon and the Winter Soldier’ Review – ‘The Whole World Is Watching’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

And I have seen the fourth episode of ‘The Falcon and the Winter Soldier’ called ‘The Whole World Is Watching’! ‘The Falcon and the Winter Soldier’ is certainly a darker ‘MCU’ show compared to ‘WandaVision’. This is demonstrated especially in terms of the episode’s pretty dramatic cliffhanger. Continue reading

Quick ‘Falcon and the Winter Soldier’ Review – ‘Power Broker’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

As I watch ‘The Falcon and the Winter Soldier’ series on Disney+, I’m enjoying each episode each week with varying measure. These ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe’ shows on Disney+ do feel like mini-movies. Mind you, I find ‘The Falcon and the Winter Soldier’ far more serious than ‘WandaVision’. 😐 Continue reading

Blu-ray Review – ‘Black Panther’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

And welcome everyone to this year’s ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe Film Review Season’!

Sadly, I haven’t been able to see ‘Black Widow’, the first film of Phase Four of the ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe’ movie series, this year because of its delay at cinemas due to the coronavirus pandemic – please keep safe. But at least this gives me a chance to catch up on the rest of the ‘MCU’ movie series. Continue reading

Movie Review – ‘The Lion King’ (2019)

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

And here are we on the third and final entry of the Disney summer 2019 movie trilogy at the cinema (the first two being the 2019 remake of ‘Aladdin’ in May and ‘Toy Story 4’ in June). Today, it’s time to take a look at the 2019 remake of one of my favourite Disney movies ever made…‘The Lion King’! Continue reading

DVD Review – ‘Captain America: Civil War’

The office is empty at first. Tim then enters with the ‘Marvel Studios Cinematic Universe – Phase Three: Part One’ DVD box set in his hand. He puts it on a nearby desk table and sighs happily before he sits down at the computer. He’s ready to type away.

“Right!” (clears throat; to audience) “Are we ready? Then let’s begin!”

Movie Review – ‘Wonder Woman’

Hello everyone! 🙂

SPOILERS ALERT!!!

I greatly enjoyed seeing the new ‘Wonder Woman’ movie at the cinemas!

‘Wonder Woman’ stars Gal Gadot in the title role of the movie. Gal made her debit appearance as Wonder Woman in ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’. It was great to see Wonder Woman in her own movie and I assume this is the first time where she gets to be the main superhero in a film. Continue reading
