This is one of my favourite ‘Doctor Who’ stories from the Tom Baker era and it was the first Fourth Doctor TV story I checked out on DVD in 2006. It’s a well-loved classic. This is ‘Genesis of the Daleks’, a six-part story starring Tom Baker as the Fourth Doctor, Elisabeth Sladen as Sarah Jane Smith and Ian Marter as Harry Sullivan. As well as the Daleks, this story also introduces us to their creator Davros, played by Michael Wisher. ‘Genesis of the Daleks’ can be checked out on DVD, Blu-ray and Britbox.

We’re now on the fourth story of Season 12 of ‘Doctor Who’ with Tom Baker and it’s one of the fans’ most favourite stories from the Fourth Doctor era. It’s a favourite of mine as well! This story is a six-part adventure and it features the origins of the Doctor’s greatest foes called ‘Genesis of the Daleks’.

Yes! I’ve seen the complete series of the BBC sitcom ‘Allo, ‘Allo’, starring Gorden Kaye as René Artois and Carmen Silvera as Edith, René’s wife. This was the Christmas present I gave to my Dad last year. My parents and I spent about three months watching this comedy series and we’ve enjoyed it!
