I’ve had a chance to check out ‘The Hobbit’ and ‘The Lord of the Rings’ films again, set in the world of Middle-Earth. I’m planning to do a ‘LOTR’-styled Advent Calendar for my blog this year with a comedic edge to it. We move away from prequels territory as we take a look at a film set after ‘X-Men: The Last Stand’. It’s time to take a look at ‘The Wolverine’, the second film in the Wolverine trilogy of ‘X-Men’ films. The first Wolverine film was ‘X-Men Origins: Wolverine’. ‘The Wolverine’ was released in 2013 and is directed by James Mangold. It stars Hugh Jackman back as Logan/Wolverine and he’s joined by Hiroyuki Sanada, Famke Janssen and Will Yun Lee. Continue reading
