For Christmas 2021, I gave my Mum the complete series of ‘Hetty Wainthropp Investigates’. This is a crime drama series, featuring Patricia Routledge as the title character. Many of you will know her for playing Hyacinth Bucket in ‘Keeping Up Appearances’. It was nice to see her in this TV drama series.

This has been a fun four-episode spin-off series to listen to, set between ‘Silence In The Library’/’Forest of the Dead’ and ‘Midnight’.

This is a spin-off series by Big Finish featuring Lady Christina de Souza from the ‘Doctor Who’ episode ‘Planet of the Dead’ with David Tennant. As well as Michelle Ryan, ‘Lady Christina’ also features Warren Brown, Jacqueline King and Christopher Ryan.

This is a two-part ‘Doctor Who’ adventure I got really excited about!
