It’s time for the second story in Season 6 of the classic ‘Doctor Who’ TV series and it’s one of my favourites from the Patrick Troughton era. It’s one of Wendy Padbury’s favourite ‘Doctor Who’ stories too. 🙂 This is ‘The Mind Robber’, a five-part adventure starring Patrick Troughton as the Second Doctor, Frazer Hines as Jamie and Wendy Padbury as Zoe. ‘The Mind Robber’ is available to check out on DVD and on Britbox.

The 55th anniversary celebrations of ‘Doctor Who’ continue on ‘Bradley’s Basement’. Yesterday, we looked at the First Doctor who was a grumpy old man in a police box. We now look at the Second Doctor who is a cosmic hobo in a police box; more of a clown and less bad-tempered than his predecessor.

Today, I’ve posted two new ‘Doctor Who’ DVD reviews starring Patrick Troughton as the Doctor. They include ‘The Mind Robber’ and ‘The Invasion’. These are two of my favourite stories from Patrick Troughton’s era of ‘Doctor Who’ with Frazer Hines as Jamie and Wendy Padbury as Zoe!
