It’s the second day of the ‘Star Wars’ week on ‘Bradley’s Basement’ in May 2022, and I’m sharing my reviews on the ‘Star Wars’ spin-offs I’ve checked out so far. These spin-offs take place between ‘Revenge of the Sith’ and ‘A New Hope’. Last Friday, my parents and I saw another film on Disney+ that was released simultaneously both at cinemas and on Disney+. ‘Jungle Cruise’ starring Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt was meant to come out at cinemas in 2020, but it was rescheduled to this year because of the Covid-19 pandemic. We now look at a ‘Mission: Impossible’ film that was directed by a Disney/Pixar film director – Brad Bird, who directed ‘The Incredibles’, ‘Incredibles 2’ and ‘Ratatouille’. ‘Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol’ was also co-produced by J. J. Abrams along with Tom Cruise. The film was released in 2011, starring Tom Cruise back as Ethan Hunt. Continue reading
