It’s time to talk about the first convention I attended back in 2014 – the ‘Cardiff Film & Comic Con’! This was held at the Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff, March 2014. This was one of the happiest conventions I attended, since it was close to home. 🙂

I’m looking forward to hearing that box set soon. And here we are once again with another ‘convention memories’ blog post for today! I attended a pretty fruitful amount of conventions in 2011. I attended the ‘London Film and Comic Con’ in July; ‘Regenerations 2011’ in Swansea for September and ‘Acceptable In The 80s’ in Chiswick, London for October. For my last convention in 2011, I attended the ‘Memorabilia Birmingham’ event at the NEC.

It’s time for some old Amazon reviews to be re-posted on my blog today! And this time, I’m posting my reviews on Series 2 of ‘Torchwood’, a spin TV series from ‘Doctor Who’. This series stars John Barrowman as Captain Jack Harkness, Eve Myles as Gwen, Burn Gorman as Owen, Naoko Mori as Toshiko and Gareth David-Lloyd as Ianto. There’s also Freema Agyeman as Martha Jones in Series 2.

Convention Report – ‘The Capitol II’

Last weekend, I had a lovely and an exciting time attending a ‘Doctor Who’ convention at the Arora Hotel in Gatwick. I attended ‘The Capitol II’ two-day convention, run by the ‘Doctor Who Appreciation Society’ (DWAS). It was the first time I attended a ‘Doctor Who’ convention by DWAS!
