For Christmas 2021, I gave my Mum the complete series of ‘Hetty Wainthropp Investigates’. This is a crime drama series, featuring Patricia Routledge as the title character. Many of you will know her for playing Hyacinth Bucket in ‘Keeping Up Appearances’. It was nice to see her in this TV drama series.

This is what I got my Mum for Christmas in 2019. I got her the complete series of ‘The Mrs. Bradley Mysteries’ starring Diana Rigg of ‘The Avengers’ fame and Neil Dudgeon. My parents and I enjoyed this crime investigation drama series set in the 1920s. It had good old-fashioned murder mysteries. 🙂

They are ‘The Queen of Time’ and ‘Lords of the Red Planet’, starring Frazer Hines and Wendy Padbury. Both stories are from the mind of Brian Hayles and are pretty gripping stories to listen to.
