CD review – ‘Out of Time’ (Doctor Who)

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I was originally going to release my review on this ‘Doctor Who’ story in April this year. But then I thought, what the heck, I’ll release it today! I’m pretty sure there’ll be more ‘Doctor Who’ reviews for me to share later in the year. Anyway, at last I’ve heard the multi-Doctor story ‘Out of Time’, starring David Tennant and Tom Baker. Blu-ray review – ‘Revolution of the Daleks’ (Doctor Who)

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I know it hasn’t been that long since I first saw ‘Revolution of the Daleks’ on TV, but having seen the recent festival special of ‘Doctor Who’ again on Blu-ray, I’ve done a brand-new review on the story with some updated thoughts. I greatly enjoyed revisiting ‘Revolution of the Daleks’, starring Jodie Whittaker as the Doctor, Bradley Walsh as Graham, Tosin Cole as Ryan, Mandip Gill as Yaz and John Barrowman as Captain Jack. Quick DVD Review – ‘The Doctors: The Paul McGann Years’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Here we are on the last set of ‘Myth Makers’ interviews compilation DVDs that I had for Christmas 2020. This time, it’s ‘The Doctors: The Paul McGann Years’! It’s unusual as Paul McGann had a short TV tenure playing the Eighth Doctor with doing ‘The TV Movie’ in 1996. But of course, a lot has happened since then as Paul has done plenty of Big Finish audios and did ‘The Night of the Doctor’. 🙂 Continue reading

Quick DVD Review – ‘The Doctors: The Colin Baker Years’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

After enjoying ‘The Doctors: The Peter Davison Years’ DVD recently, it was time to delve into the Sixth Doctor era next with ‘The Doctors: The Colin Baker Years’ DVD. I was looking forward to uncovering the insights made by the people who were involved in the Sixth Doctor era on TV, both on-screen and behind-the-scenes. It was a fascinating DVD release covering a pretty turbulent TV era. Continue reading

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

This is a ‘Myth Makers’ DVD compilation I’ve been looking forward to very much. This is ‘The Doctors: The Peter Davison Years’. The Fifth Doctor era of ‘Doctor Who’ is my favourite. You can tell from my ‘Fifth Doctor’ series of stories starring the Fifth Doctor, Nyssa and Billy as well as my ‘Nyssa Challenge’ reviews on ‘Bradley’s Basement’. I’ve also met a lot of the stars from the Fifth Doctor era! Continue reading

TV Review – ‘Revolution of the Daleks’ (Doctor Who)

SPOILERS ALERT!!!

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Well, after what we’ve been through with a hellish year in 2020, it seems very fitting for me to say…it’s great to have ‘Doctor Who’ back! I’ve missed the TV show very much. TARDIS; time-travel; space and time; Daleks; the Doctor; her three companions, Captain Jack returning! That’s what I’ve missed. Continue reading
