We have come to the end of the second set of ‘Nest Cottage Chronicles’ in ‘Doctor Who’. Today, it’s time for ‘Sepulchre’, the fifth and final story of ‘Demon Quest’ by Paul Magrs, starring Tom Baker as the Fourth Doctor, Richard Franklin as Mike Yates and Susan Jameson as Mrs. Wibbsey. This story also features Nigel Anthony as the Host and Carole Boyd as the Old Friend. Will I find this a satisfying conclusion to ‘Demon Quest’ compared to the first four audio episodes? Welcome back to ‘The Nest Cottage Chronicles’ of ‘Doctor Who’, as we start a new set of audio episodes featuring Tom Baker as the Fourth Doctor called ‘Demon Quest’. The first episode is called ‘The Relics of Time’. As well as Tom Baker, there’s Susan Jameson as Mrs. Wibbsey. As it’s Good Friday tomorrow, it’s a good time to revisit two dramatised productions of the story of Jesus Christ and the wonderful miracles he performed. The two productions of Jesus’ story that I’ve reviewed include the 1977 TV mini-series ‘Jesus of Nazareth’, starring Robert Powell as Jesus, and the 1999/2000 animated film ‘The Miracle Maker’, featuring Ralph Fiennes as the voice of Jesus.
