Quick TV Series Review – ‘Star Trek: Picard’ (Season 1)

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Okay, I think I’m breaking a few unofficial rules here with reviewing this ‘Star Trek’ series. Originally, I wasn’t going to review any ‘Star Trek’ shows that have been made recently whilst re-watching and reviewing a ‘Star Trek’ show I own on DVD. At this point, I’m currently re-watching and reviewing ‘Star Trek: Deep Space Nine’. I’m currently enjoying Season 5 so far and I’m hoping to see more of it. Continue reading

It’ll take a while before I check out those two new ‘Star Trek’ shows on DVD/Blu-ray. 😦 Continue reading

DVD review – ‘Hamlet’ (2009)

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

This is a DVD review on the 2009 TV film of ‘Hamlet’, based on the 2008 RSC theatre production starring David Tennant and Patrick Stewart. It’s amazing that this would be the 10th anniversary of the 2009 TV film based on the 2008 theatre production. Continue reading

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I’ve seen the movie ‘The Kid Who Would Be King’ at the cinema! I really enjoyed this movie! I’d seen the trailers and heard many positive things about it. It looked good in the trailers so I hoped it would be good in the film. Thankfully it was and it felt like a pretty good, traditional, ‘after school’ kids’ movie. Continue reading

Christmas DVD Review – ‘North & South’ (1975)

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

For Christmas 2018, I gave my Mum a Blu-ray edition of ‘Mission: Impossible – Fallout’. My parents and I enjoyed this interesting adaptation of the original novel by Elisabeth Gaskell. Continue reading
